Magnolia House is located in Bend’s highly sought-after Westside neighborhood, known for its relaxed residential feel and close proximity to the best of town. From here, you’re a short walk or bike ride to the Deschutes River and Mirror Pond, and an easy stroll or ride to downtown Bend’s restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and boutiques.



This location strikes the perfect balance: close to everything, yet peaceful and low-key. Start your mornings with a river walk, spend afternoons exploring trails and local favorites, and return home to quiet evenings by the firepit and hot tub—away from crowds and traffic.

Magnolia House offers three private, quiet sleeping spaces with no adjoining bedroom walls, making it ideal for couples who value rest or for parents with a sleeping baby. All bedrooms feature high-end mattresses, European-style bedding, velveteen comforters, and high-thread-count linens.



Primary suite: Queen bed, walk-in closet, private bath, towel warmer, and fresh linen spa robes



Second bedroom: Two twins or converted to a king upon request

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. A washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets are provided, so packing light is easy.

The Neighborhood:

Quintessentially located in the heart of Bend’s most delightful tourist areas. Located just a quick bike ride from Drake Park and Mirror Pond, this Westside destination is fantastic! There are fun restaurants, award winning breweries, coffee bars, bakeries, the Newport Avenue Market (local favorite) and more shops and restaurants only blocks away. Stroll, or take a leisurely ride, and you are in the heart of downtown Bend. The Magnolia House is just minutes by bike or car to River Bend Park where you can float the river or take in the local festivals. Experience an outdoor concert at the Les Schwab Amphitheater without ever having to think about parking when you go by bike (only 1.6 miles!).



Looking for more of a laid back vacation? Simply relax on the wide deck, reading a book and sipping a pint of your favorite local brew … Bend style!



If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, there are endless hiking and mountain bike trails just minutes from town.  The spectacular Cascade Mountains and many lakes are a quick 20 minute drive, providing endless opportunities for outdoor adventures.



Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is an easy 25 minute drive from Bend. This mountain is a party regardless of the season, sporting a mountain biking park in the Summer and award-winning skiing/snowboarding in the Winter. There is no end to the wide variety of terrain and trails. Don’t feel like driving? There is a Mount Bachelor Shuttle only blocks away that will take you to and from the mountain. This Magnolia House also offers a locked and heated area to store and dry your equipment until your next day out!



Getting Around:

We recommend biking everywhere. The Magnolia house is located just blocks from some of the best local restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries around. Don't feel like biking? Hop in your car and you'll be there within minutes.

Magnolia House is great for families, friends and couples traveling together. Please note that our home is not appropriate for large parties or boisterous groups.
