Welcome to our fun and bright remodeled, third (and top!) floor condo located directly off the Deschutes River Trail. This unit is awaiting its first guests since undergoing an extensive head to toe remodel over this last year. Offering sleeping for up to 3 adults in two separate areas as well as up to 2 pets for an additional fee. Our guests will also have access to the indoor heated pool and hot tub from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM year round, so make sure to bring that swimmy!

Welcome to unit #244/245, "Bend in the River": a newly remodeled, funky riverfront condo that’s the perfect destination for you and your family. Enjoy the beauty of Central Oregon from your third-floor balcony, which is furnished for your comfort and ideal for relaxing while you watch the sunset over the river below! This awesome unit accommodates up to 3 adults in two separate areas and is pet friendly, so feel free to bring along up to two furry friends for an additional $69 fee!



Your party will feel right at home in this cozy unit, complete with a full kitchen equipped for all your vacation cooking needs. Featuring a vibrant yellow backsplash and including all brand new stainless steal appliances, it is the perfect place for whipping up a home-cooked meal or refueling between adventures.



This unit is in an unbelievably amazing location that will enhance your experience of Central Oregon. With river access, a neighboring park, and a short walk along the river trail to downtown Bend, you’ll enjoy incredible restaurants and breweries while being completely immersed in the natural beauty of the town. The adjacent historical Pioneer Park offers a beautiful green space with a gazebo, picnic tables, and plenty of room to set up a blanket or throw the ball for your pup!



As for amenities, this unit includes complimentary WiFi, making remote work a breeze, as well as access to our shared onsite laundry facilities and pool & hot tub (open 9AM-10PM year-round). Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
