Alder’s ideal location offers a quick walk, or bike ride, to both Sunriver Village and Sunriver Resort. Sunriver Village provides a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and activities like ice skating in the winter and mini golf in the summer months. The Sunriver Resort provides more restaurants and a pro shop. You can access the bike and pedestrian paths right from “Alder’s” cul-de-sac – and you can even use them to snowshoe or cross-country ski in the winter!

Near the south entrance, Alder allows you to easily stop at the Village Starbucks, or Brewed Awakenings, before hitting the slopes at nearby Mt. Bachelor or going to one of the several area lakes.

Sunriver has over 35 miles of paved bike paths, award-winning golf, a marina, stables, swimming at Sharc, pickleball, tennis, a nature center, a day spa, and a private airport. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
