The Space
This fabulous studio is located right on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, a 15-minute walk from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

It features a double bed (135x200 cm) and a double sofa bed (135x200 cm), a spacious built-in closet, outlets near the bed, and a cozy terrace with views of the sea, the gardens, and the mountains.

In the living room, you’ll find a TV, air conditioning, the dining area, and a large glass door leading out to the terrace.

BATHROOM
It also has a bathroom with a shower, sink, and vanity.

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find comfortable furniture where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunrises.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and downtown Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and is close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Tivoli Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Bill Bill Castle.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away.
