Comfortable apartment located right on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex next to La Paloma Park, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Bil Bil Castle. It has one bedroom with a 150-cm double bed, a double sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room and a 90-cm rollaway bed, built-in closets, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi (private connection in the apartment), air conditioning (heating and cooling), and a terrace.

The space
This fantastic apartment is 50 m² and is located right on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, just a 2-minute walk from Bil Bil Beach.

BEDROOM
It has one bedroom with a 150-cm double bed, a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, and air conditioning.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also have a shower mat, towels, and a hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a single bed (90 cm), a 55-inch Smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door leading out to the terrace. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi (private connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful weather in Benalmádena Costa.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic stovetop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine and an iron.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and near attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Bill Bill Castle.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment features a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, and a small balcony with views of the pools and the mountains.
