Cozy 1 bedroom apartment located 2 MINUTES WALK from the "Malapesquera" and "Santa Ana" beaches, near Puerto Marina and La Carihuela. It has 1 DOUBLE BED and 1 DOUBLE SOFA BED. It has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the Marina, air conditioning, television, WIFI connection (private connection), and a fully equipped kitchen. Very close to bars, supermarkets (Más, Supersol, Carrefour and Lidl), restaurants, shops, the train station at 22 minutes, and the bus stop at 1-minute walking.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed which has built-in wardrobes, direct access to the terrace, two bedside tables with lamps, and a ceiling fan.

In the living room, you will find a modern double sofa bed with its mattress and pillows, a television, a chest of drawers, a closet for the sheets, air conditioning (hot and cold), and a large glass door with access to the main terrace.

The bathroom has an extractor fan, has a bathtub with a shower, and a washing machine.

The whole apartment has WIFI (private connection inside the apartment through the router).

You will find comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful views and the spectacular sunrises on the main terrace. There is a large table, chairs and a lounger to lie down and enjoy the sun.

The kitchen has 1 refrigerator, a gas stove, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, dishes, and everything you need to cook. Also, guests will be able to use the washing machine, the iron, and the hairdryer.

The entire apartment has exterior aluminum blinds with louvers.

There is a cot for children from 0 to 2 years old at no cost and subject to availability.

It is necessary to show a valid passport or official identification document to do the check-in.

In our accommodation, a damage deposit is required which will be requested at the entrance in cash. The deposit will be returned at check-out, after checking the apartment, or by bank transfer within a maximum period of 6 days.

A supplement will be charged in case of:
- Check-in or Check-out later than 21:00 at an extra cost of 20 Euros.
- Check-in or Check-out later than 24:00 hours (00:00 hours midnight) at an extra cost of 30 Euros.
