It has magnificent sea views from all windows and the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room with TV and satellite (with signal depending on the community), 5 community pools, gardens, a gym with spa and jacuzzi, a beauty center and a supermarket, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

This apartment has an open-plan feel, with a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a double sofa bed included.

The Benal Beach complex is located right in front of the beach and 5 minutes' walk from Paloma Park. It also has a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including... 5 community pools, a pool bar, tropical gardens, a gym.

Access to the complex by car is allowed through the doors, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).

Community satellite TV, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for, nor do we have control over signal loss.

Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.

CHECK-IN: 24-hour reception. Check-in at any time from 15:00 (except from June 15 to September 15, admission starting at 16:00). Entry before the official time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, you will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

The opening hours of the pool and the slide may vary depending on the season and are not dependent on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we require a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to provide you with a quiet and worry-free experience.
