Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the master bedroom with a double bed, the extra bedroom with two single beds, the living room, and the full bathroom. You're also welcome to enjoy the communal pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. Please be mindful of the shared spaces and treat them with respect. The apartment has a private entrance for your convenience.

You're just a short stroll from the sun-kissed shores, perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing day on the beach. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within easy reach, from traditional Spanish tapas bars to international cuisine. Several shops and markets are also nearby, allowing you to easily stock up on essentials or browse for souvenirs. The neighborhood is known for its vibrant atmosphere and friendly locals. Stroll along the charming streets and soak up the Andalusian ambiance. The famous Puerto Marina, with its yachts, restaurants, and bars, is a short taxi ride away, offering a lively nightlife experience. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything while still enjoying a peaceful retreat.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our apartment is a breeze! You'll find convenient public transport options nearby to explore Benalmádena and beyond. The local bus stops are just a short walk away, offering easy access to the city center, beaches, and surrounding areas. For those arriving by train, the Benalmádena-Arroyo de la Miel station is easily accessible, providing connections to Málaga and other coastal towns. If you're driving, there is usually street parking available, but please be mindful of local regulations. The apartment's location also offers easy access to the main roads, making day trips to attractions like Málaga or Marbella a simple journey. The Málaga Airport (AGP) is approximately a 20-minute drive, making your arrival and departure straightforward.

📌 If checkout instructions are not followed an 80 EUR charge applies.

📌 Community pool opening hours are subject to community rules. Ask us for exact opening hours.

📌 Parking: public street parking is available outside the complex.

📌 Pool is open from April to September but it also depends on the weather and is on the discretion of the community, ultimately it is on the discretion of the community when the pool is open.

📌 Cole for the BBQ needs to be pre-ordered minimum 1 day prior to arrival and comes with a fee of 15 EUR.

📌 Noise: The community is calm and relaxing—quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM help keep it that way for everyone.

📌 Check-in/out: We offer flexible check-in when possible—just share your estimated arrival time. Standard check-out is by 11 AM.

📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine.

📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings.



To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of €200. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed.



Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following a quick inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner.



Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in form has been filled out.
