"Our host was lovely and made herself available whenever we needed her help with anything. The breakfast she provided was definitely first class with scrumptious pastries, meats cheeses, juice, coffees and more. The apartment had all the amenities necessary when being away from home. In fact, I felt completely at home there. We will definitely be back because we fell in love with Orvieto!"

"The hotel is placed in a very beautiful place. We had a really nice room with own kitchen. A very nice terrace where we could enjoy the nice view over the landscape. We had a nice nice dinner at the hotel - good to sit outside if possible as there is quite much noise inside. The breakfast was very nice with all from eggs to fresh fruit. The swimming pool was very good- a bit cold but very fresh. I can only give my best recommendation for this place and will love to go back. "

Daniele, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our car was unexpectedly towed, he didn’t hesitate to take us to the location, free of charge. "We had the accessible room in the rear of the building and it seems like this was likely the nicest room. We particularly enjoyed the large shower with very hot water. The property was a close drive to Old Orvieto and parking at the town is convenient from the pay lot. The Agriturismo grounds are very pretty and peaceful and the staff are all so nice. Breakfast was typical Italian (mostly cakes) and enjoyed from the sunroom/deck. We have no complaints! Very nice stay."

"Locanda Palazzone er et unikt sted: En kardinalsresidens fra 1300 omdannet til vingård og hotel. Både hotel og restaurant er absolut topklasse. "Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "
