Hoteller nær Belton Grandview and Kansas City Railroad and Museum

"Minor issues with door locks and undergoing construction. Only real negative was the 230 am false fire alarm. Good breakfast."

"Stayed one night. It is a motel not hotel. Tried to checkin at 2:53pm. Debra said to wait 7 minutes as she had people waiting. Why are we waiting? Because its policy although rooms were ready. Reminded me of DMV. Room had a smell of old HVAC system. Most guests were local workers or residents. Cheap but what you get is a motel."

"Check in person was unaware we had a pet and was put off by this. We were charged a $50 deposit despite having ESA paperwork. We were told there was only a "pet" room on the second floor. The stairs were difficult to manage, even for the dog. Inside the room, the a/c unit was turned off. When I moved the curtain to get the air circulating, the front panel of the unit fell on the floor. It was difficult to maneuver in this area, as the second queen size bed was jammed up next to the a/c unit....

"My room was clean and comfortable. The Staff was professional and friendly. I am not much on breakfast. But they had a lot to choose from. Parking was amazing."

"The slide bathroom door was very hard to open and close. The scalding hot water in the shower is the only issue I had. When someone used the cold water in the building only hot came out. Very dangerous for getting scalded. David and Shawnda were amazing! And super attentive and gracious and so kind and positive."

"Very nice rooms. We stay here every year."

"God service, dejligt værelse."

"Indoor pool was nice. Also, friendly staff. Underground parking near elevator was helpful during the rain."

"The positive: the hotel itself is awesome. Clean, fresh, well maintained facility. friendly staff, great breakfast with multiple options and the room was up to date and clean. The negative: 1) eateries are not very close by. 2) I 435 is right near the hotel, some highway noise."

"Very nice accommodations"

"We often stay at a Hampton Inn as it guarantee a certain level of quality we like. We travel a lot. This Hampton Inn was good. However room was smaller then we use to and the bed not as good as usually at Hampton inn. The rest was same quality as we use to."
