"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. A special thank you to the housekeeping manager. As we were packing up to leave, the hatch on my vehicle broke. He went above and beyond by helping my husband get it repaired. His kindness and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a much better experience, and we’re very grateful. "I really liked staying here. Everyone was helpful and friendly when checking in and out. The beds are super soft and aren't stiff like most hotel rooms. I also liked that they had popcorn downstairs to take. They also served dinner at 5:30, which was pretty yummy and we got two complimentary drinks with it each. Slept in so I didn't see the breakfast but I'm sure it was just as good. We definitely will be back when we return to Charlotte soon."

"Checked in and was found a handicapped room on ground floor, as elevator wasn't working and I explained I could not carry all my heavy luggage up and down the stairs. When my sister turned down her bed the bed was wet thru the comforter, sheets, pad, and mattress. Called front desk and he came to look at it thinking only needed the bedding changed. Only other room was on 2nd floor with no elevator svc and lots of heavy luggage so we ended up sharing the other bed. I also requested a 5am wake up...
