"We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. I checked in online and paid for my room and the fees, I just think that this hotel needs to have it written or explained somewhere in their add that they require a $100 dollar deposit for local's to rent a room from your establishment. Other than that little detail it was a pretty nice stay. Thank you for having me!"

"Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Very comfortable bed in a spacious quiet room. The hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to good restaurants and shopping ,but if the weather is bad the hotel provides free transportation. There is a speakeasy in the hotel as well as another beautiful bar. "Room smelled like smoke, gave headaches to my family. Breakfast was good, wish it was included into the price. Gym was nice, little bit warm."

"It was small and simple. The person who checked us in was so sweet and funny. I really liked her. They need more than one cart to bring in luggage and I had to ask for an extra wash cloth and hand towel for out room because there was only one of each for 2 people. Other than that, it was a good experience."
