"My husband and I needed a place to stay last minute and the Northland Motel worked perfectly for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Checking in was easy. The lady working was very welcoming. There was also no noise coming from the bowling alley or restaurant. Andes candies and bottled water was a nice touch. The temperature was comfortable in the room as it was very cold and blustery. We will stay again in the future."

"The hotel was very clean. Tired, but clean. I was told 3 different times to check in for the renovated room I had requested. I ended up in a different room, so I could at least get in. There was no elevators, so I had to carry my 3 suitcases up stairs. The internet was bad, which isnt good when you travel with a teenager. "

"This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor. "The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast is very good. The mirror in the bathroom does not fog-up (must be heated), which was a minor thing, but appreciated. "
