We had to book a place in Bella Vista for a wedding and Trails Crest was just perfect! The house itself had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable, the views looking out the windows were lovely, the location was perfect with a very quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have stayed longer. Also, Maria was super-fast in her response to any of my questions. If we come back, we definitely want to stay here again!

Wooded beauty

Wonderfully appointed family home. Nothing was lacking - plates and cups, bedding, throw blankets nothing was overlooked. The outdoor fire pit is beautiful as the outdoor deck.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property in Bella Vista, AR, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I booked, our host Maria Pope was incredibly communicative, providing all the information we needed for a smooth check-in process. The property was exactly as described—if not better! It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch; everything was thoughtfully provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, neighborhood and outdoor activities nearby, which added an extra touch to our experience. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for exploring the beautiful surroundings, this property is perfect. Annual golf trip

Several of my church members, and I go to Bella Vista, to play Golf a couple of times a year. We have stayed in several different locations, but this by far was top 10 as far as location in relationship to Golf courses. Perfect for relaxing. After 18 holes, overall accommodations were absolutely phenomenal.

Great place to say. Clean and perfect for riding. Love the kitchen, backyard and beanbag!! Thermostat- no matter what temp we set it at, it would always jump back up to 74 over night and that’s not comfortable! Asked if we could change that but nothing was resolved. The beds… new and clean but HARD!! Everyone had the same complaint about their bed. Overall a great, CLEAN house to stay at. .

Amazing property!!

This property was so beautiful. It was clean and very well kept. The owner was amazing and so helpful before during and after our stay. Very responsive to any questions I had. The beds were extremely comfortable!!! The neighborhood was so peaceful and gorgeous. Amenities had everything we needed. I recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Quiet Getaway

This listing is the perfect home and get away. The communication with Maria was wonderful and she was so helpful. The home is impeccably clean and well stocked. And the icing on top is the incredible porch and fire pit areas tucked in the trees. I can not recommend her home enough! You will not want to leave!

Beautiful!

This home is lovely both inside and out! The check in process was easy. The kitchen has lots of dishes, pots, and pans to use and also appliances as well (blender, mixer, coffee maker, microwave). It was nice having 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We liked having a TV in each room! The porch was lovely and so was the fire pit area.

The perfect house for our family get together

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista at this property! The house was equipped with everything our two families needed. From the new appliances to the bathroom amenities to the pack n play for our baby niece…y’all thought of everything to make our stay perfect! Thanksgiving Bike week

Bike riding trip

Very clean house, fully stocked kitchen! The back yard was amazing. Great garage for bike stuff! The only complaint is when we arrived it was so hot in the house due to the thermostat being set to echo mode. We had to ask for access to the thermostat..it was a stuffy house and sleep. Other than that, I’d recommend this house!

Perfect for family

We booked Trail’s Crest for a week in Bella Vista for our wedding. The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of privacy among 8 of us. Smart TVs in every room. The kids especially enjoyed the outside fit pit and patio. They made s’mores several nights. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations or hosts.

Fantastic experience

This property was lovely! The house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful inside and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the nearby mountain bike and walking trails. It was so quiet, but still close to the amenities of the city and biking that we were here for. The host was super easy to get a hold of for questions, and the property was stocked with all the “house” stuff we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable for the whole Family

My family, including 4 elderly relatives over 75, stayed for University of Arkansas graduation weekend and it was perfect for us - clean comfortable, beutiful. We took advantage of grilling out which was easier for everyone then tryingn to book reservations for a group of 8. I would definately stay here again!

A little quiet and a lot of comfort

First off, the house was exactly as described and in some ways nicer in person. The kitchen was great for family meals and the kids absolutely loved the bunkroom. But my favorite was the deck and backyard. In the mornings and evenings, you can sit out with a book and cup of coffee or glass of wine on the deck or by the firepit in the evenings with the woods providing peace and quiet. All of this while being walking distance from the back 40 trails and just a few minutes from downtown Bentonville. The host was amazing and gave us fantastic ideas for our family which were age specific. We had such a wonderful time and plan on coming back. Do not miss out on this wonderful spot that brings a little quiet with a while lot of comfort.
