"One South Place was clean, quiet, and felt like home from the moment I pulled up. Met a couple guests that were passing through the city and we shared many laughs out on the front porch area over some cold Belikins that were sold on site. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as well. Taxi service was always a phone call away and the breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the fried jacks. "We felt so relaxed and had the opportunity to rest exceptionally before our flight, after being 8 days in Placencia. The BnB on Triggerfish is soooo comfortable. "The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. "

"A worn-down hotel on the shore of the Belize River. Room was OK, but not completely clean. We got spotty sheets with holes. The pools were filled with leaves, and we didn't see anyone use them at any point. Construction workers were fixing up the place, but they started cutting rocks at 7 am, which meant no more sleep for us. Not an enjoyable stay."

"The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport. "The property was in a great location halfway between Belize City and the airport with a beautiful setting on the water. Unfortunately, they could not find our reservation when we first arrived.
