A so-and-so stay!

Can't understand why it is so highly rated! For such a scores, I would expect much more than what we have experienced during our stay there. The apartment allocated to us was big but it does need some refurbishment. In addition, it's location is a bit too far from the city centre except the Queen's areas.

Charming and cozy, perfect for an escape!!

Went for a short break with my boyfriend and was completely surprised by how lovely the apartment was it was a beautiful building to start with and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy like a home away from home and the staff were wonderful I cannot fault it in any way and I can't praise it enough .... we will be returning to the apartment and it's changed our mind about booking hotels when we got such a lovely space for a fraction of the price !!

Belfast .

Great location . A little dated and you could defiantly hear the Pearson Obove us . But it is a older building and that is just how it is . Would stay there again . Loved our host .

Belfast come nn te la aspetti..

Siamo arrivati in questa città senza aspettative particolari... E invece, già il quartiere dove abbiamo alloggiato e' molto elegante, ricorda un po' Nottinghill a Londra 😊 Bisogna arrivare entro le 18 e noi eravamo un po' in ritardo ma il ragazzo alla reception ci ha aspettato, fornito un sacco di dettagli utili x muoverci nel quartiere e x visitare la città. Parcheggio x l'auto dietro alla residenza, appartamento n.3 veramente fantastico, linea wi fi potentissima. Cosa volere di più? Consigliatissimo😊

Graduation party

Friendly, helpful laid back staff. Vast apartment with everything we could need for our stay. The organisation is moving to a new building soon, nearer city centre but I imagine it will be to the same great standard too.

Wonderful Stay

this time i traveled from london to iceland then belfast and dublin, victoria apartment is one of the best for this trip. Though its not in the city center area, but very easy to take bus to the city hall, and very close to supermarkets Tesco and MS. The neighbor area is very beautiful, walk distance to the botanic garden. Peter is very friendly and helps a lot. He gave us all we need and very good advice for the tour. I have a very wonderful memory in this apartment. Wish could stay longer here. If you visit Belfast, I will highly recommend victoria apartment.

Excellent Apartment

This apartment was absolutely tailored made for us. A quick change to a ground floor apartment when we realised that there were four floors. A very cheerful and friendly welcome from Peter who carried our luggage into the apartment and gave us a lot of information about Belfast. Our two dogs were accommodated with no extra charge. The apartment and particularly the kitchen were very well fitted out with everything that was needed - even a utility room. There was tea and coffee and butter and jam available on our arrival. A perfect overnight stay and we would certainly return.

Great place to stay

I have stayed here before and found the apartments in very good condition, warm and comfortable and great value. The facilities are excellent.Marvellous!

Nice

Quite big and clean apartment. The living room is really nice. We lived in the Apartment 1, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, the bedroom I was living in is quite cold. And the bathroom was stuck. But this apartment is pet friendly. Great.

Spacious apartments in a leafy suburb of Belfast

We recently visited Belfast for the weekend and stayed at the Victoria Apartments. They are housed in a lovely old building and still retain some of the original features such as fireplaces and large windows, which we loved. We chose an apartment at the top of the building and found it to be spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a phone in the hall where you can book taxis directly. We were provided with a map of the area which also contained some restaurant recommendations, which was really helpful. The apartments are a little way out of the city centre, in a leafy suburb, which was great for us as it was quiet in the evenings. All in all a great find, and somewhere I'm sure we'll return to.

Great location, safe parking at rear of apartment,

Apartment was very easily found and the off street parking at the rear of the building was an added bonus for Belfast. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for your stay.

Fantastic stay!

Staff are friendly, informative and welcoming. Apartment is excellent:Clean,comfortable,warm and has everything you need. (Bed is really comfy!) There is also a good parking area. Location was excellent;quiet area, nice walk into Belfast, plenty of bars and restaurants on route. Will defiantly stay again.

Excellent place to stay in Belfast

20-30min walk to the city center, in a quiet neighborhood on the South side (Queens Quarter) of Belfast. Management is very accommodating and friendly. Tesco (supermarket) and 24 hour mini-market within short walking distance (opposite ends of the block). Only downside in staying in Apartment #1 is that you WILL hear your neighbors above you moving around.

We would definitely stay here again. The apartment was very large and comfortable. We were traveling with our 17 year old son, and it was nice that he had his own space and bathroom. The apartments are on a pretty leafy street. It was a quick walk to restaurants and shops. Also, the staff was great. They were friendly and gave great tips for city sights and other places in Northern Ireland. We had a terrific stay!

A great apartment, wonderful location

A great apartment with everything we needed. Just a short walk from all the shops and eateries on the Lisburn road. Peter who worked in the office couldn't do enough to help us, very happy.

Very Attentive Service

The staff was very accommodating, the apartment was very large, even at rates that were quite similar to hotel rates. The apartment is in a very nice "suburban" neighborhood that is a nice 20-30 minute walking distance from Centre City (or, a relatively inexpensive cab ride away). The only weakness is not being right in the middle of Centre City with greater access to Belfast's attractions. However, if you are looking to use Belfast as a home base for other travels around Northern Ireland, the Victoria is perfect, even offering free parking. Similarly, if you are visiting Queens University, the apartment is only a 15 minutes walk away. Lastly, choose the Victoria if you enjoy long walks or short cab rides and enjoy staying in a quiet neighborhood.

Loved this place!

Exactly what we needed after a 30-day cruise. Lovely to have room to stretch out, have use of a kitchen & laundry facilities. The neighborhood was quiet & residential, so we knew it would not be close to the city center. Took the bus or walked everywhere, shopped for food just down the street. Ben could not have been more patient & helpful with our questions & booking excursions for us. Picked up in front of apartments both days, although had to make to my own way back. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Ben!
