Absolutely brilliant

We relocated to Belfast on a temporary essential work assignment in 2020. Our family of four lived in this house. The house is absolutely wonderful. It was a perfect home away from home. I cannot rate it high enough. The location is amazingly convenient to all sorts of stores and shops and restaurants, the layout of the house is perfect for a family (and also for a couple), the owners are a delight to work with and very supportive and professional and kind. The furnishings are top, the kitchen great, it is perfectly functional and also very pleasing, there are two large living rooms.

Lovely stay

This house fully lived up to expectations. It is very spacious and comfortable and has everything which is needed for a most pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, close to the city and with a full range of amenities close by. Off street parking is an added bonus for guests arriving by car. The hosts, Kerry and Aaron are very welcoming and available for any advice or assistance which might be needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Kerry was a wonderful host and the house was charming and very spacious. Our 5 adult family had plenty of room to relax and visit after returning from the day’s activities. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay for a short/long stay in Belfast

Excellent property. Spacious, well laid out and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen with additional utility room. Two bathrooms and an additional toilet making life easy for a family or group of people. Located in a quiet avenue outside of the city centre but only minutes away from a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into city centre if you are reasonably fit but again only minutes away from a frequent bus service to all parts of the city. Make sure you get a Translink travel card for the bus. Communication with the property manager was easy and always a prompt response. I would happily recommend the property and will certainly apply to use it again for future visits to Belfast

Belfast Bliss...

Beautiful Victorian townhouse with plenty of space for us and our two grown sons. Great location off the Ormeau Rd with easy access to shopping, pubs, restaurants and more. Easy 20 minute walk to the city centre, botanical gardens, st George’s Market and riverfront. Clean, cozy and well-equipped home. I will definitely be booking again!

Belfast Beauty

A beautiful Victorian home, so comfortable, spacious and spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. Location was excellent for touring Market, downtown and Titanic Museum. Kerry had everything we would need and was very attentive. Good shops and pubs in the area. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Perfect Belfast experience

It started with the incredible location, I don't think it could have been better, two blocks from Ormeau Park. Beautiful inside and out, everything has been taken care of...immaculately clean.

Super family-friendly townhome with everything a family needs for acomfortable and quiet home base.

Lots of private interior spaces with nice decor. Very cheerful and clean. A private parking space in front of townhome is a luxury. Grocery, bakery, coffee, quality pizza and pasta placed very near and easy to walk to using neighborhood sidewalks . All around, an excellent choice for family and friends to stay while visiting Belfast and surrounding areas.

Beautifully Appointed Belfast Townhome

We stayed in July 2018. Belfast was the final stop in our three week holiday and this home was a great place to end a fantastic vacation. The home is beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable with plenty of space for a larger family or couples travelling together (we are a family of five - two adults, three teenage daughters). This was a great base to explore Belfast from. We did a Back Taxi tour, visited the Titanic museum, explored the botanical gardens, and had some great meals in Belfast. The owners were accommodating and responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this rental if you are visiting Belfast and would gladly return.

A wonderful stay in a grand old home

Our arrival was made very easy by having the keys in a lockbox. Kerry popped by after we arrived and were settled in and was very helpful in letting us know how everything worked and in giving us some info on the neighbourhood and the Belfast transit system. We were 5 women who enjoyed our stay very much! The kitchen is terrific and the location of the house is great, with restaurants and food shops very close. And the bus stop is right at the corner, less then half a block from the house. The only suggestion we’d have is that the third bedroom (with the twin beds) needs a dresser. There is no storage for clothes in that room, other than some hooks on the wall. It would probably work for kids, but for women with a few outfits, it wasn’t ideal! Still, the house was just lovely and we felt very safe in the neighbourhood. We took good care of the house and my £200 damage deposit was refunded a week after we left, as promised. Thanks, Kerry and thanks 10 South Parade for an unforgettable stay in Belfast.

Luxurious and clean!

This home was the most beautiful out of the 3 rentals and 3 hotels we had on our trip to the U.K. Kerry was a wonderful host and this home is in a great location and very spacious and well stocked! Snacks and drinks were available, the courtyard was lovely. We did some laundry and some quiet time as well an excursion to the Giants causeway and fabulous Indian take away recommended in the book of information on the table. My husband met some friendly neighbours and we had a fabulous time.

The property is very well maintained, furnished and in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Belfast. It’s location gives great access to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops and is easy walking to many sites and city centre. We based out of here and covered from Derry to the north, to south of the Mourne Mountains by either car or train. We will definitely be back and this will be our first choice for accommodations.

Beautiful home in a lovely part of Belfast

We felt very much at home in this lovely tri-level house. Grocery stores and great restaraunts were close by and we could easily park in the front drive and take day trips. A great vacation.

Fabulous property and location!!

Stunning, well furnished town home in Belfast! Location great! Easy walking to park, pubs and dining. 20 minute walk to city center. If you stay be sure to check out General Merchants cafe. We were regulars there and the food was great and staff super friendly!!
