"Hotel is super clean and well located. Walking distance to the local features and food spot.
Staff were very friendly. Joyce was very friendly, and thoughtful. My wife wasn’t feeling well, she take a special trip to visit her and brought her drinks to see how she was doing. Can’t express the gratitude, and detail to attention all staff committed too. "

Check in was easy, room was clean, hot spring in room, very good breakfast, excellent location, easy to walk around all attractions, and hold our luggages all day until we came back, will stay here again when we revisit this area."

The heated spring waters fhat is supplied to the individual baths do not carry a strong sulphur odor, but instead leaves one's skin feeling smooth and supple (due to its high lead suplhate content)
The breakfast is more for an Asian taste, but...

"Nice family-friendly hot-spring hotel, with 11 outdoor non-segregated pools, making it lots of fun for familes and couples. Rooms were OK, all with own hot-spring bath. On-site japanese restaurant good. Pool looked nice, but not part of hot-spring area. Fitness looked good. All in all value-for-money."
