Dejligt ophold med super beliggenhed
Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Værelset var fint med altan og en skøn udsigt over havet og havnen. Rigtig god central beliggenhed i Beirut. Vi blev mødt med stor venlighed og havde et super godt ophold.

The worst hotel in Beirut, the pillows are so hard to sleep on ! Woke up with back pain! Definitely the worst experience.and the guy at the receptionist was the rudest !

We really enjoyed our stay at Warwick, it's centrally located, so close to downtown, Corniche, Zaytouna Bay, and a short walk away from Hamra. The staff are super friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, the pool is really nice and the gym is OK. It also has a breath taking view from the roof and restaurant, and the food was very tasty. The only thing we didn't enjoy is that it gets really noisy at night due to proximity to a club across the street, it gets really loud and on 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed, we weren't able to sleep till 3 am when the music stopped. I would encourage the hotel administration to improve window sound proofing - that would have made the experience perfect.

The rooms were below average, not what we expected or what we saw on the internet when we originally booked our stay. The condition of the carpet in the room was quiet poor, they need to be changed as the smell is over baring. The fitness centre is very outdated, and the exercise equipment are a hazard.

L’hôtel est très bien situe a proximité du bord de mer avec accès rapide sur Zaitunay Bay et non loin du quartier Hamra. Mais un sérieux effort reste a faire sur le Personnel (un sourire..c'est gratuit !), la qualité du petit déjeuner tout juste acceptable... C'est tout de même une bonne adresse pour découvrir Beyrouth.

Good location and clean and comfortable room. There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room leaking water on the floor, but it was taken care of quickly. The front desk staff did what was needed, but were not particularly friendly.

Highly recommend!
The level of service at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone made an effort to assure comfort and to provide assistance. The room was wonderful and the breakfast buffet provided so many local and traditional options, one could have a novel breakfast every day for at least a week. And the view from the breakfast table and pool! Spectacular! Right on the water, the Mediterranean greets you every day, and most everywhere is in walking distance.

Ein betrunkener Mann ist an einem Morgen irgendwie in unser Zimmer reingekommen, während ich mit meinem Baby schlief. die Situation wurde vom Hotel nicht professionell gelöst. Der Manager hat sich nicht entschuldigt und lediglich darauf beharrt, dass es nicht die Schuld des Hotels sei.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Rommene er rene med myke senger. De ansatte er veldig hjelpsomme. Den indiske restauranten har fantastisk god mat og de er mye liv i Pianobaren i helgene. Anbefales !

Fin beliggenhet like ved (forurenset, ikke badebrukbar) sjø, greie restauranter i ulik prisklasse like ved.(anbefaler Le Bistro ca.200 m rett opp til høyre). OK spasertur til sentrumsentrum (Stjerneplassen). Hyggelig og hjelpson betjening. Rimelig pris på bil med kunnskapsrik sjåfør heldag.Stundom dårlig wifi, men det tror jeg gjaldt hele området. Opphold i forhold til pris: Meget bra.

Be aware no gym or pool.
We picked the Palm Beach Hotel because it provided roof top swimming pool & fitness centre. Imagine our disappointment when we were told that the fitness centre is being converted into a bar/lounge area & the swimming pool was closed for the season. It was 27c during our stay mid-Oct. if you come from Northern Europe you do not expect the pool to close when it’s 27c. The Warwick Hotels website still advertise the gym & pool.

Regarding the Gym please note that it was not closed completely we just changed the place to a bigger and more advanced Gym and it's still under construction it will need few more days to be totally done. Les + Situation bien face à la mer au début de la corniche à 2,5 km de raouche et à côté zaytouna bay et 2km de la grande mosquée Roof top piscine , petit mais agréable (! Ferme à 18:00) Plats room service très bien Literie tres bien Les - Insonorisation fenêtres nulle , bcp de bruit de rues (pour moi c est le point le + négatif) Déjeuner pas terrible, toujours le même, service inexistant et il faut réclamer son café Pas d intérêt de payer supplément pour chambre supérieure

Messy check in, some rooms very old
The new rooms are nice but the old ones are terrible. I had to change rooms 3 times until I got one of the renovated ones. It’s been a hassle and I would not want to go back.

We are very sorry to know that you had a hard time upon check in, your booking was on a deluxe non renovated room but you were upgraded to a Premium renovated room which is a little bit more expensive noting that during your stay the hotel was fully booked. The Sea View is lovely. Next to the city. Breakfast is nice. People are friendly. The only problem was the Car Park.
