House Features
This well-maintained three-storey house offers sweeping views over the picturesque interior of the Empordà region, making it an ideal retreat for both adults and families seeking a serene and comfortable escape. Nestled slightly inland, the home strikes a perfect balance between practicality and charm, with indoor and outdoor spaces that invite relaxation and ease.



First floor
Upon entering, you're welcomed into an open-plan living and dining area. The living room is furnished with, comfortable sofas arranged around a television, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the surrounding countryside. Soft, natural light filters in through the French doors that open onto the upper terrace.

Just ahead, a compact yet well-equipped kitchen awaits, featuring modern appliances and convenient access to the terrace through a second set of French doors. This top-level terrace is one of the highlights of the home, a tranquil outdoor haven with a cozy lounge area, ideal for reading or enjoying a glass of wine, and an alfresco dining space where you can share meals against a backdrop of rolling hills and open skies.



Ground floor
Descending to the lower level, you’ll find most of the bedrooms, designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. These rooms share a clean, functional bathroom. One bedroom is fitted with a double bed, while the others are furnished with twin beds, perfect for children, or friends.
