The guest suite is fully private, located at the walkout basement of a large and luxurious house in a family-friend and safe neighbourhood close to Halifax, with your own private entrance and exit from the easily accessible backyard.
As you enter the guest suite, you'll enjoy the open floor concept connecting your living room, dining and kitchen. You'll also notice and have easy access to the two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Sit comfortably in the warm and inviting living room and get entertained by the smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and streaming available on high-speed fiber internet.
While in the Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and sink with cleaning supplies.
The master bedroom, which can sleep up to two people, has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and cotton bedsheets.
The heartwarming second bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and cotton bedsheets.
The full bathroom has a stand-up shower with a shower head, and with all shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, and more.
In case there is anything you require that is not included, please let us know, and we'll strive to get it in time for your stay if you give us notice before your arrival, or during your stay if you notice something after your arrival.

Guests Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire basement floor during their stay. The hosts reside on the upper level of the property. You will enjoy a private entrance to the unit for added convenience and privacy with a keyless entry lock.
Guests will use the dedicated entrance through the backyard door located on the right-hand side of the garage. The entrance features a secure keypad lock, and the lock code will be provided prior to your arrival for hassle-free access. A picture has been added to the listing to show the entrance and the designated parking spot for guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
The lawn area of the backyard and deck is not accessible to the guests. No trespassing is allowed on the deck.
Note:
Please note that cable TV is not available, but you can access Netflix. Our property maintains a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
There are security cameras on the property around, visible to everyone, to ensure the safety and security of hosts and guests. The cameras are capable of taking auto pictures and short videos when motion is detected.
