"Overall, we really loved our stay! We rolled up and could instantly tell that the house is brand new. It's a super cute place and well set up. The country sky views of the sunrise and sunset are excellent. We attended a wedding in Rosebush and were just 9 minutes away from the event so it was perfect. The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the hot water was extremely sulfur-smelling. It wasn't a huge problem for us and our short stay, but would have been more of an issue...

"Lovely home with great amenities, a lovely kitchen and a great fenced in yard for our dog. We will definitely try to stay there again when we are in Midland visiting family. "

"Our family loved this space. We were there for our Father’s funeral. The kids loved the upstairs space. Clean and tidy, everything we needed in the kitchen. Only downside are the doors in the rooms that share the patio did not close tightly and cold air was flowing into the rooms and they were quite cold. However, we will return. "The riverside cabin was lovely. King sized bed, with en-suite jacuzzi tub. Great porch for relaxing and watching the water go by. On-site restaurant Friday-Sunday, with good food and outdoor seating on the river.The only issue we really had was surrounding the check-in process. The listing does not specify that VRBO is holding funds for the transaction, but you actually have to pay the resort directly upon arrival, which caused a bit of friction upon check-in."
