Relatively to the price, the unit is not maintained well.First, we found the dishwasher leaking and not functioning on day 2 on a 5 night stay. This was the first time we used the dishwasher. Tried contacting Vacasa twice and received "we'll contact the local team for support", then nothing. Other things that are damaged are the patio door outside which is absolutely required as the door is impossible to open and close. They are "aware of the situation." But from prior rental experience, the door has been broken for 6 years. Other things that were broken include, the oven door handle which was glued together and the fridge drawers were broken and duct taped. The unit is quite loud with the squeaky floors and the running pipes. Other cleanliness issues were mold along the window frames and in the bathroom. The carpet could use a deep clean as well.I understand this is a rental unit however it appears that there has been some major neglect over the years.I did appreciate that the bedding was clean, and aside from the mold in the bathroom it was also clean. The view was great and the ski in/out was good.
