Okanagan - Glacier Lodge 103

  • Bring your family or small group of friends to Big White Mountain and stay in this two-bedroom, ski-in/ski-out condo and revel in immediate access to the mountain, as well as plenty of stylish perks like a private hot tub! Park in the heated garage at Glacier Lodge and unload your gear into the secure ski locker room on the first floor, then take the elevator to your rental. When it's time to access the gondola and the ski run, take the ski bridge from the third floor. Ski and board to your heart's content, or try ice skating, or Nordic skiing for a change of pace. If you're traveling with kids, go tubing or take a horse-drawn sleigh ride. In the summer, enjoy the fresh mountain air with a little hiking or mountain biking! This upscale residence boasts heated slate floors and loads of natural light. Warm up in the living room with the granite fireplace and relax on the distressed leather furnishings while you watch a movie on the 31' flatscreen TV, complete with surround sound, Blu-ray, and an iPod connection. Create scrumptious meals in the kitchen, which has black polished granite countertops, or use the gas grill just outside on the balcony. Dine al fresco as gondolas drift by and take in views of the Monashee Mountains. This home also offers free WiFi and a stacked washer/dryer.

Great Location!

Place was the perfect spot for us, it was clean and everything worked well. Hot tub was clean and amazing in the snow!

Great ski weekend

We enjoyed the awesome location, easy to walk down to tubing and gondola up to the candy shop. Also great spot to skin in and out. The kids loved the hot tub, we are excited to vome back!

Overall, this is a very attractive property but:1. The shower handle is not secured and falls off2. The shower does not drain properly3. The fireplace only works intermittently 4. There are no written directions, instructions, etc

Nice space, needs a re-fresh

The size of the space and location are great. The property needs a minimal investment to be five star. BBQ is heavily damaged, we did not use. Dated AV components. No welcome book / area info provided. Hot tub cover blocks the main view when is use with is frustrating.

Amazing stay!

We were impressed with how spacious the unit was and being a corner unit there were large windows all around making the views spectacular! Great location, we spent most days at the magic carpet with our young kids so walking up to the village was a small grind to get to the gondola, but totally do-able. The unit was well appointed, has everything you could need, was very clean. Hot tub is beautiful and large. We have no complaints and are quite particular with our standards lol. Totally recommend!

Great location and space

This was a comfortable stay for our family of 4. It was a spacious condo with many windows and nice views. The hottub was very clean. There was a musty smell, however, in the master steam shower, which improved when the vent was turned on.

Already Miss the Hot Tub and Powder Skiing

We would stay here again and ski in & out is so convenience. We had an issue with the hot tub, Julia resolved it promptly and professionally. Like other reviews already mentioned, the views from the living area were wonderful. The powder skiing and lovely stay definitely made our first visit to BIg White memorable.

Fantastic Stay

My family and I really loved our stay. Great location. Close to the village and great ski-in-ski-out location. It was great coming back to the condo after a day of skiing. The fireplace and the hot tub really made it a great experience.

When we arrived late at night, the lights were on, fire was going and Christmas tree up. The apartment was as its description and was even more lovely being there. The views from all the windows are incredible and the sunlight that streams through in the morning was so nice. The apartment was spotless and beautifully presented. Good quality linen, towels and lovely welcome packs of toiletries, incredibly well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home etc. What amazed us the most, after having stayed in many different apartments was the service. The team at Rent Chalets couldn't have done enough. There were a few little things like a light not working or BBQ running out of gas - within an hour there would be someone to fix it. Incredible service and just really lovely people to deal with. The apartment had a full clean, new linen once a week and we really had nothing to do but relax and enjoy the wonderful location. Whilst some places say ski in/ski out - here they mean it. With 2 kids the ease of this location was defiantly a highlight and if we come back to Big White we would definetly not hesitate in staying here again. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the incredibly well stocked kitchen, and the hot tub! What a luxury to have your own on the deck. It was a wonderful way to finish a day out skiing - and the view was beautiful from there. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect home away in a beautiful location. Thankyou for making our holiday so special.

Great Stay at Big White!

We had a great time visiting Big White and had an excellent experience renting through RentChalet. The Glacier Lodge was conveniently located to the hills and village. It was also very clean and well equipped for our stay. Would definitely stay here again and use RentChalets.

We brought our teenage daughter and her friend and it worked well for them to have their own bathroom and room on the other side of the condo from us. The overall cleanliness was very good, howerever it would have been nice to have a top sheet on our bed or at least a duvet cover on the duvet. We ended up using the sheet that was on top of the duvet as a top sheet. Great location for ski in and good central location overall . I would definitely recommend this unit.
