The Bourrine gîte consists of a living room with a decorative fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom/WC, a lounge with a decorative wood stove and a 160 sofa bed, as well as a bedroom equipped with a 160 bed (access to the bed by 1 step). The Bourrineau cottage consists of a living/dining room/kitchenette with an insert fireplace and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom/WC. Outside, you'll enjoy enclosed grounds bordering a stream, with terraces, picnic tables, a wood-burning barbecue, deckchairs, a pétanque court, and a children's climbing frame. Coming from Saint-Urbain, take the D103 towards La Barre-de-Monts, until you reach the intersection with the D51. At the stop sign, turn left and then immediately right onto La Boissellerie. The gîte is 400 m on your left.
