The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a gorgeous meal and opens through sliding doors to a wrap-around deck and balcony. From here, step down to the undercover alfresco area with BBQ and dining, perfectly positioned to enjoy sweeping river views and the sailboats in the marina.

The three bedrooms are individually styled for comfort. Two downstairs rooms feature queen beds, while the upstairs bedroom can be arranged as either a king bed or two king singles, making it flexible for families or groups. The home includes one modern bathroom, a separate toilet for convenience, and a dedicated laundry with washing machine to make longer stays effortless.

Families will appreciate thoughtful touches including a portacot, high chair, children’s books, games, and a play tent ready for little ones. For those who need to blend leisure with productivity, a dedicated workspace is also provided.

Moorings Point is set in Beauty Point’s most central and sought-after position, private yet open, and perfectly placed for both convenience and views. From the garden, you can step straight onto the public foreshore walking path and wander to the local pub, or head towards Seahorse World and Platypus House. The Tamar Valley wine region is just a short drive away, and Launceston is within easy reach. With 180° water views and manicured gardens, Moorings Point offers the quintessential Tasmanian stay.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, deck, undercover alfresco area with BBQ, and expansive gardens leading to the foreshore. There are four on-site car spaces available, including one undercover in the carport. Entry is via a key lockbox, allowing you to check in at your convenience.

Guests are encouraged to reach out during their stay should they need anything.

The foreshore path in front of the home is public, so you may see walkers passing by or cars parked in the turn-point.

Guests do not have access to the garage or outbuildings/sheds.

Families are well catered for, with a porta cot, high chair, books, games, and a play tent. Please bring your own cot linen if required.
