"Fantastic holiday house. Provides everything you need for your stay. Great enclosed yard for dogs. Close to everything. Looking forward to coming back."

"House was well presented, host left good supply of everything we needed to get going on arrival. I had four toddlers that were able to settle quickly, the house was already pre-heated for us that was really nice...Eden our host was great at pre visit info that helped us plan our stay, during the visit we also got help when needed"

"Overall it was comfortable and suited our needs. Some general improvement would be beneficial including improving access and usability of the backyard; better lighting in the kitchen and better set up of the living areas. Close to shops and parks."

"Perfect night away! Sitting in the hot tub under the stars… perfection! "

"Gorgeous space and surroundings. Would book again!"

"There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Banksia. The house was beautiful, well maintained, spotlessly clean and had all the little touches that made it feel special. The view from the house was amazing with the beach easily accessible through a private walking track. The kitchen was very well appointed with quality appliances, and the beds were so comfortable fitted with quality linen which makes all the difference when on holidays. Thank you to the owners for sharing your stunning home, would highly...

"It is a great house in a great location right on the beach with everything you need. The communication was good. We had a problem with the gas which was fixed immediately We didnt realise there was so many stairs within the house. We coped ok with all the stairs but it would be a big problem for anybody with mobility problems"

"Charming 70s retro beach house, clean and tidy. Lovely new kitchen, decor was so fun!"

"An unbelievable property with amazing views of the sea and mountains. You need to stay for at least a week to fully appreciate the area."

"The property had everything that we need, it was clean and cosy. Great location, so close to the beach."

"Very nice but toilet needs checking as took a few flushes to send just paper down"

"I had a three night stay at this property in early August 2026 as a birthday treat. The property is reasonably new and in wonderful condition, with everything you could possibly need – plus a pinball machine! The property is a very short drive to the restaurants and cafes of Kiama – it’s also a walkable distance, albeit a hilly one. This is an outstanding property – the views from the master bedroom and the living area cannot be beaten. Of course the price you pay for this is a large amount of...

"5 minutes walk from the dog friendly beach. Beautiful and clean house. Would stay here again."
