"Gammelt og slidt hotel med små værelser. Gulvtæppet beskidt, så man får snavsede sokker/fødder af at gå på det. Mikroskopisk køleskab, der dog larmer voldsomt.."

"All in all the motel was nice. It is in a nice and cozy location just outside of Williams. It is a bit far from Grand Canyon but if you are willing to save that extra amount of money it is worth the drive, which is a beautiful drive through the landscape. The place seemed a bit old, worn out and dirty in the corners. Not that it was unpleasant - you could definitely take a bath and walk around barefooted. The air conditioning wasn’t a big stationary air conditioner but a small and movable air...

"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "

However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. "The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel."

"What a great place! From the moment we opened the car door, we felt at home, we were greeted by Mark who checked us in, while explaining the different dinning/entertainment options in Williams, we took his advice and had a great evening! Breakfast was fantastic, made to order, served on the porch, surrounded by wild humminbirds!😊"

"Toilet smelled very badly of mould and like the rest of the room was dirty. Sketchy people around durring the evening and night. "

Værelse var meget lille og ligeledes bad/toilet forhold. Der var pænt og rent, sov fint i sengen. Vil dog ikke anbefale stedet som noget specielt, forstår ikke folk giver 10/10"
