In the sitting area, a wood burning stove takes pride of place, and invites you to relax on the comfortable sofas for a cosy evening watching a movie on the Sky television with Sonos surround sound bar. A corner workstation, stocked bookshelves and a selection of family board games complete the living area. The property has an electric air source heat pump fitted to promote its low carbon footprint.
