"The hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. We had dinner as well and it was delivcious and at a good price. It is in a good ocation close to Hammersmith station where you can take the underground or buses."

"Overall a very positive experience. The location is very convenientlu located just a few minutes way from Queensway station on the Central Line and when you enter the lobby you get that feeling of this being a big hotel. Upsides: + Newly refurbished rooms. + Large TV with chrome cast. + Helpful and kind staff. + Aircon. + Refrigerator. + Size of the room okay compared to price. Downsides: - Queen size beds are a bit narrow for sleeping two adults. - The bed and pillow a bit soft. - The aircon is wallmounted and quite noisy as well as the guide vanes blow cool air onto you. - The breakfast is £15 per person and not worth the money. Your money is spent better outside the hotel at a cozy café or the like. The hotel is going through a major refurbishment but this should not count as negative, as this will soon be over and it didn´t bother us. But because of the work, only one elevator is available for a 7 storage hotel, which made the wait a long sometimes."
