This beautifully designed two-storey coastal home offers a warm and inviting space that makes the most of its incredible beachfront position. Upstairs is where the property truly shines, with a light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that captures stunning water views through large windows and elevated positioning. The natural Tas Oak flooring adds a sense of warmth and quality throughout, while the thoughtful layout allows for both relaxation and connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you`re preparing a simple breakfast or a full evening meal. For coffee lovers, the home features a coffee machine with an integrated grinder, perfect for those who enjoy a fresh brew to start the day. Guests are welcome to bring their own favourite beans to make the most of this setup. Flowing seamlessly from the living area is a private balcony, complete with a BBQ, where you can unwind while taking in uninterrupted views of Bellerive Beach. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee, afternoon drink, or evening meal as the sun sets over the water.

Guests have private use of the home during their stay, with no shared spaces or other guests on the property. Please note that the downstairs area and garage are not accessible, along with a small number of locked cupboards and rooms throughout the home which are reserved for the owners’ personal belongings. The lift is not operational, and is locked.

The Esplanade offers direct access to Bellerive Beach, perfect for morning walks, swimming, or simply soaking in the scenery. Just a short stroll away is Bellerive Oval, making this an ideal base for cricket and AFL fans. You’ll also find local cafés, parks, and walking tracks nearby, all while being just a quick drive across the Tasman Bridge into Hobart’s CBD.
Getting around is easy from this location. There is ample on-site parking available on the driveway, making it perfect for guests travelling by car. Hobart’s CBD is just a 10-minute drive away via the Tasman Bridge. Public transport options are also nearby, with bus routes running through Bellerive connecting you to the city and surrounding suburbs. The flat Esplanade and surrounding streets are ideal for walking or cycling, especially along the waterfront.
The garage and downstairs area are not accessible to guests, as they are used for owner storage. There are a small number of locked cupboards/rooms within the home containing the owner’s personal belongings. The rear and side areas of the property are also not accessible. This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. You will notice personal touches throughout, including family photos and belongings. We kindly ask that all items are respected and left as found. A coffee machine with integrated grinder is available. Beans are not supplied, so we recommend bringing your favourite if you’re a coffee lover. Please respect all locked and private areas during your stay. The home is located directly on the Esplanade, so occasional foot and vehicle traffic may be heard. The indoor fireplace is not operational. The lift is not operational and is locked.
