"The breakfast was delicious, but the coffee was awful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. But the shower door wouldn't stay shut, so I ended up with a lot of water on the floor. Also, there were numerous cracked tiles in the bathroom."

"I was on a weekend vacation with my Grandson and little Boston Terrier. The room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable. We used the TV, microwave and refrigerator. All in good clean working condition. Bathroom was nice. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too! several different choices. Will stay there again."

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"DANIELLA MONTOYA was WONDERFUL!!! She was a doll & TRULY HELPFUL!!! Day after I checked in I had to get a driver to drive me to work. As I was having trouble with my Uber account, DANIELLA was soooo KIND of helping me get set up with a driver & even took care of it. She was amazing and the hotel is so blessed to have such an amazing employee like Daniella. If I can rate her, 100/10!!!"

"On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I...

"I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas."
