Communication with the property manager was awful. From the very beginning to the end of our stay. 4 days prior to our vacation I sent an email asking if we "needed linens or anything else we should know to bring?" Never received a response, based upon previous home rentals we decided to forgo another suitcase with towels/linens/blow dryer/toilet paper. Needless to say we arrived and nothing was supplied. Emailed the property manager and called upon arrival, took over 3 hours to get a response. We had already visited Bed bath and spent a surprise $260.00 for essentials, linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Wireless not working, Received an email from prop manager with a typo and incorrect password....2-3 hours later responded with the correct password. Last day, Loaded the dishwasher, only to find a dishwasher that has a acrid smell of stagnant water pooled in the bottom and leaking on the floor. House has great "bones", great location, shame that it is managed poorly and unprofessionally. Needs a deep cleaning for anyone that wants to feel at home.
