"This was an excellent find. It took a while searching through the properties, but this turned out to be wonderful. It is a lovely guest house with all the amenities. It is close to a shopping center and the beach. My wife was getting her Scuba certification at Seaport Divers, which was a 15-minute walk. (Also, it's a great place!) They responded promptly via text but with token responses which did not address our questions. "We’ve stayed at Makahuena Point many times. This unit was great. The kitchen was well stocked and they had all beach supplies we needed — beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, fins, umbrellas. The space was comfortable and had great views. The construction outside of the unit is far away and was not disruptive at all."

"We stayed six nights at this condo. Overall it's a good location for exploring the south part of the island. The condo is a ground floor unit with a nice patio looking out on a lawn and trees. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk because this unit is in the back of the complex. When the tide is up there was very little beach.
