Come see everything that Bay St. Louis has to offer in our custom 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that has 50+ 5 star reviews due to its location, cleanliness, amenities, clean & private pool, and the home's welcoming feel. When warm outside, enjoy the day while sipping a cold beverage in the private pool or relax around the large deck. The kids can also enjoy the splash pad at the public park across the street. When cooler, kick your feet up around the firepit while sipping some lovely red wine and enjoy the spacious & fully-fenced back yard for games. Our Old Town home is a short walk to the beach as well as all of the buzz of downtown shops and restaurants. Located in a residential neighborhood - you will find the area quiet and relaxing to escape from the stresses of life.

The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops & is fully equipped with a set of dishes for your group, plenty of stainless flatware, utensils, cutting boards, cutlery, cookware, and barware. There are plenty of pots and pans and various baking dishes. There is a large refrigerator with an icemaker and filtered water. Appliances include an electric stove, dishwasher, secondary wine / drink fridge, and microwave. Small appliances include 2 coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 drip / pot style), toaster oven, crockpot, air fryer, tea kettle, and blender.

Beside the kitchen you will find the dining room with a large dining table with bench seating to accommodate 6 or 7 and a bar with additional seating.

The living room has 2 comfortable couches, a 75" TV to catch all the games, Live TV through YouTubeTV, Roku for streaming, antenna for local channels, and a DVD player with 30+ DVD's to select from.

Saltwater Palms is set up to comfortably host up to 6 adults and up to 10 individuals total, (if including children) with 3 well appointed bedrooms. There is a main bedroom in the back of the home with king bed, full closet, dresser, and ensuite luxurious bathroom with fully tiled shower and two shower heads and 2 terry cloth robes . There is a second bedroom at the front of the home with Queen bed, full closet, along with desk / computer monitor, and 2 terry cloth robes. There is a 3rd bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk and twin-over-full bunk. This bunk room also has a full closet and dresser to use at your convenience as well as optional inflatable "bumpers" for added safety for top bunks. In addition, we have included some toys / children's books in the room for the kids. There is a second full bathroom with tub / shower located in the center of the house in addition to the optional1/2 bath toward the side of the house. Total of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Each adult room comes also comes with luggage rack for convenience. There is also a full size washer / dryer available for use in a closet in the kitchen area.

The game room has dozens of puzzles, board games, Mah Jongg tiles and mat, PS4 gaming with games, Wii gaming with games, and large TV with Roku to enjoy along with small table and two chairs. The deck can be accessed through the back door where the game room is and allows for outdoor dining and relaxation where you'll find a high top table and chairs with umbrella to lounge. The deck overlooks the 30'x15' saltwater gunite pool, pool deck, and large fully-fenced in lawn area to keep your pups safe. You will also find 3 lay-flat loungers on the pool deck to enjoy the sun as well as a 4 person table in the bamboo shade of our rock garden. There is a full sized gas grill for your outdoor grilling needs located near the side gate. You'll have access to a shed that houses yard games, coolers, beach chairs, and additional pool toys for your enjoyment. For added peace-of-mind, we have a keychain-enabled back door safety alarm for parents to set if concerned about wandering toddlers as well as optional door knob safety covers, if necessary.

There is a full playground and locally-famous splash pad just across the street for the kids to enjoy. There are golf cart rentals available around town.

Due to insurance and city rules, we DO NOT allow parties, get togethers, receptions or weddings, etc. on the premises. We also have 3 actively recording security cameras in front of the home for your added safety and security.

Our favorite day in BSL includes relaxing by the pool, followed by a walk on the beach with our pup, a restful nap, a dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants, and finishing with a stop at Ms. Mary's for a Snoball!!
