They were very helpful when I had to check out and check back in as my husband was in hospital and I didn’t know from day to day if he would be discharged. The lobby was well laid out and very welcoming. The room was excellent. The area was great, it was on the outskirts of parramatta but easily walkable to shops and transport.

"Excellent accommodation with very large room. Extremely clean and one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel stay. Like new bathroom facilities, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The only negative, entrance is on a busy road and if you miss it, little time consuming to get back to. Just need to make sure you slow down to get it right."
