We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice. Very comfortable beds.

Batumi is infamous for its capricious weather. Nonetheless, in Hilton Batumi, even though it's raining heavily outside, you could enjoy your day staying inside the whole day long. There are gym, sauna room (X2) and steam room. All the facilities are in pristine clean condition. One more thing say continental breakfast is not shabby at all. Thumbs up.

We were 2 dayd out of 4 without a television at the recepion they confirmed that the problem is known but it is impossible to fix it they didnt fix the problem even when we left

The hotel is high rated and indded the facility is in good condition and excellent location, however, the service is not at high standard : 2 out of 4 nights we needed to remind the reception to clean the room, on the second day, the room was not cleaned till 18:30, till we reminded. No water was on the arrival day. On the last night there was an alarm at 2:30 at night and all the people were required to go down for 40 minutes till it was confirmed as a false alarm. This can happen, of course, safety first, however, no appologies and compensation was proposed, as if it is OK for us to pay for premium hotel but not OK for hotel to provide a good service and compensate or even appologize in case the service is not good.

A handicap room
They gave me a room for a handicapped person. So inconvenient : the shower with all these metal bars + some special alarm buttons for the handicapped person I kept on pushing because they were near the light buttons. And what if a handicap person arrives, would they ask me to change the room ?

The hotel is not up to 5 star service; the facility needs maintenance ( tv not working only a couple if channels that are useless/ no remote control that works / curtain no black out/ bath tub not draining) for 7 days never changed bed sheets; towels only few and old; no tissue refill etc…) barely 4 stars .. room service and restaurant ( sky view) terrible food and service ; even bed not so clean and some insects ..!!
