Stewart Retreat features ducted heating and a reverse cycle in the living area. A ceiling fan is located in the living area and bedroom 3 has been equipped with a pedestal fan. An electric blanket is located in bedroom 2.

Each bedroom has been designed for ultimate comfort, with ducted heating and cooling to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom continues the home's aesthetic with sleek bronze accents, matte black finishes, a striking patterned floor, and a sumptuous bathtub.

Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that this property only has free street parking and driveway parking is not possible as the gates will be locked. This house is also on one of the main roads in and out of Bathurst and can have road noise.



Please note that there are 2-3 steps going from the alfresco area to the backyard. There is also 1 small step onto the front verandah and another small step at the front door.
