Highfields features a split system in the main living space, alongside a portable heater and electric fire heater. Bedroom 1 is appointed with a portable heater and bedrooms 2-4 with wall-mounted heaters.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

The perimeter of the property is fenced and has gates which can be closed. However, please note that the backyard is not fenced – please keep children supervised at all times.
