Hotel i Batam Central, Batam

"Forvirrende indtjekning, dårlig sprogegenskaber, vækker en tidligt om morgen selvom man har sat dont disturb skiltet op. En af morgener blev jeg vækket ved at personalet var i færd at vaske min entredør mens Dont disturb skiltet var opsat. Badekar, værelse, inventar var slidt, beskidt og trængte til udskiftning. Dette er IKKE et 4* hotel. "

"Friendly Staff"

"Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet."

"Poorly maintained. Infestation of cockcoraches!"

"The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card...

"Clean"

"Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good"

"수건이 너무 낡았습니다. 3-4년도 더 된듯 낡았어요. 그리고 호텔 조식은 너무 맛이 없었고, 서버는 차와 커피를 구분하지 못해서 고객에게 냄새로 확인하라고 합니다."

"Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it."

"Decent basic apartment. Wayfinding to the entrance could be clearer"

"No cleaning done . They only offer late checkout and start cleaning at 4pm"
