Villa #114 is unique ranch-style (one floor) home on a quiet, flat, woodland lot. Access is easy with only one step up to the front deck and four more steps to the front door. Enjoy peace and quiet on the rear deck surrounded by trees. Located within the Bryce Resort community, this home is about one mile from the Resort's main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and two miles from the Basye Community Store.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
A spacious dining room/living room with a wood-burning fireplace is conveniently located by the kitchen and breakfast nook. Firewood is provided from late fall through early spring. The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The large main bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full hallway bathroom with a third bedroom with two twin beds. Extra sleeping capacity is available on the living room's sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer are also available for guests who play hard outdoors or plan a long stay. Sleeps 8.
The chalet is supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.
The flat screen TVs include basic cable, and high-speed 50mbps WiFi internet is sufficient for working, streaming, and limited gaming. There's a DVD player for movie night and a wide selection of DVDs for free usage at our Check-in Office.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.
This property does not have an outdoor hot tub, grill, or fire pit.
Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
