Orchard Acres Farm Barnhouse

Sweet gambrel-roofed barnhouse fully renovated in a quaint and relaxing setting. Blue Ridge Parkway a 30 minute drive and the Martinsville Speedway 15 minutes away. House has full kitchen with coffee k-cup machine, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and pantry. Full size washer and dryer along with full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Main level bedroom with queen size bed, two closets and desk. Upstairs loft bedroom with full size bed and pub height table with stools. All linens and lots of reading material, games and puzzles available as well as a smart TV. New gravity-fed charcoal grill on newly replaced side deck is perfect for a barbecue. The barnhouse is located on small hobby farm with chickens, fish pond and more animals TBA. Fishing is allowed on pond and tackle is available upon request.
If you're lucky Betsy, our sweet farm cat, or Dixie, our newly adopted gray cat, may just come by for a visit. Also, if our hens are free ranging, they are sure to come to the barnhouse to forage through the flowerbeds. Scratch grains are available by request if you'd like to give them a snack-they're always hungry!
