"There were only two other rooms in use so parking on the street was not a problem but I could see where it would be if they were full. Beautiful historic home, very comfortable with a window unit in each room. Breakfast was okay, truly continental, but no one starved. Staff very friendly and attentive. "

They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. "Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

My only real complaint was the water. Hot water in the sinks sometimes did not work unless you turned the bathtub on first. "I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. We checked in around 11 PM and ended up leaving by 1 AM because of how bad everything was. First, there was a moldy waffle left inside the microwave, which was absolutely disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of the entire room. The phone in the room didn’t even have dial buttons, so contacting the front desk wasn’t possible. On top of that, the room was extremely cold and the heater did not work at all....

"4 days 3 towels 2 beds - one of them not cleaned upon arrival - there were popcorn between the sheets. 1 bathroom not cleaned - there were coins and labels from close on the floor upon arrival. 0 cleaning at all We had booked two rooms. One of them was smoked in, and we got another. Neither of the rooms were cleaned during our stay. The towels were not changed either. We asked in the reception for a cleaning of the rooms, as we at hotels.com were promised cleaning every day. The answer was,...

"Super mal el lugar, no contaban con el sistema por lo cual no pudieron hacerme el Check-In , me solicitaron realizar de nuevo la reserva y pagar en la oficina, lo cual no hice. Busque otro hotel ya que llegue tarde al check-in y era muy noche para estar en las calles con mi hijo menor. Contacte a expedia y no me dieron solucion tampoco, definitivamente nunca mas volveria a reservar en este hotel ni con Expedia, espero que a alguien le sirva de valor esta opinion y pueda evitarse el coraje que...
