"Location and standard are perfect, the service from the second reception was excelent and they helped with everything. The downside was the cleaning and the valet parking. If we didnt say we went out the we got no cleaning. The valet parking do not work with a phone from another country and nobody told us before the last day. "

It is right on Broughton St where the majority of the shopping is. However, parking is hard to come by. Plan to park in the State St garage a block away as it is easiest to get to and cheapest for overnight parking. The room was good, though it had a mild smell at the time.
