"The apartment was so nice and modern and clean. Had everything you would need nice size refrigerator. Only problem was the thermostat kept changing because it was preset. So I had to keep resetting it down. I finally got into the setting and set them all to what I wanted and that seemed to work"

"Location and standard are perfect, the service from the second reception was excelent and they helped with everything. The downside was the cleaning and the valet parking. If we didnt say we went out the we got no cleaning. The valet parking do not work with a phone from another country and nobody told us before the last day. "

"This was our first stay at The Alida, but certainly won’t be the last. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be accommodating, and full of knowledge, and warm personalities. Record player in the room was solid! The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower pressure could have been better; but if that’s the only minor inconvenience…then so be it. On site dining and cocktails, top tier. Location, on point. We will absolutely be back. Cheers "

"Nice stay. Room was clean and spacious for us and our pet. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Parking is limited unless you go valet. The hotel shares property with gas station a which was nice to grab snacks and drinks. But also a questionable crowd of people sometimes there. Is a bit of a walk to river st about 20min. Limited food selections nearby we door dashed both nights due to only one walkable restaurant nearby (cuban) plus we had a pet so no outdoor options within 5min walk...

"I was very happy with my recent stay at this property! First of all, I think it’s a beautiful building both outside and in the lobby. As far as the room, I had a king bed suite and felt that it was very clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The bathroom was perfect and extremely spacious with ample counter space for all of my belongings. The shower was also very large and I had no issues with water pressure or warmth. The staff from arrival to departure was superb and very kind. The property...

"Udmærket hotel. Lidt larm fra gaden og live musik fra barene i området. Personalet var ikke særligt imødekomne. Lidt slidt. Parkering virker lidt som en penge maskine når man kan parkere 5 minutters gang væk for under det halve"
