This newly renovated top-floor penthouse is a spacious two-bedroom condo featuring an upstairs sleeping loft, air conditioning, and a mid-property location. Designed for comfort and convenience, the unit accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large families or group getaways.

The sleeping layout includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and an expansive loft area with a queen bed, two sets of twin bunk beds, and two additional twin beds.

Climate control is provided by two mini-split air conditioning units—one in the master bedroom and one in the loft. As with all of our penthouses, the unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining space, and two private bathrooms.

Entertainment is available throughout the condo with a flat-screen TV with cable in the main living area, plus Roku TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and loft.

Enjoy outdoor living on two private decks—one off the main living area and a second off the sleeping loft, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air.

For families traveling with young children, the owner has thoughtfully provided a pack-n-play, highchair, and booster seat to help make packing easier.

This is a pet- and allergy-free unit.
