"Fantastic hotel. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern, and provided great linens. Amazing gym. Breakfast in the mornings did the trick and the unlimited coffee. Lots to offer for the area around the property. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will be returning many times more! "

"I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. I was on my own so it worked for me.
