The plug for the bathtub did not work. My wife prefers a bath to a shower. No music available in room , radio or on the TV. Elevator needs some upgrades....very slow.

I’m an average size man 6 foot 180 pounds both queen beds were sloped in the middle. Couldn’t get to sleep. Woke up with a sore back.

My room was not cleaned properly when I arrived. There was an empty pizza box on the floor in the bathroom and a dirty face cloth on the chair by the desk. The bathroom counter was not very clean. The chair at the desk was completely broken - I was unable to change the configuration so that the chair was usable.

Key cards kept failing. We were on top floor, at the very end of the hall, so coming back from shopping or whatever, I always had to go all the way back to the desk to get them fixed. Once is bad, 3 times in 3 days is annoying.

This hotel is filthy. Urine sprayed in the bathroom on the toilet and walls, staines on sheets, liquid of some sort sprayed on the walls, outside of fridge and carpet. The tub was so filthy, we didn’t bother having a shower in it. Had to throw our socks out after walking to the bathroom in the night.

After an 8 hour flight ( which was delayed 3 hours) we crashed right out on the comfy king sized bed . Breakfast was certainly a welcome extra. Close to the highway. With lots of parking visible from our room. Property is a bit worn but we weren't expecting the Savoy. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Bathroom fixtures need some updates. Old tiles for tub surround have yellowing grout. Acrylic one piece tub surround would be much nicer. Handles on faucets are old and loose. Tv is quite small by modern standards

Had made reservations a couple months in advance of our event snd stipulated we had a dog. When we arrived they told us we were on the 4th floor because they weren’t aware until the last minute we had a dog and they told us they were “happy” to accommodate us.

The building is dated but the location had the necessary amenities close by. Price was was good. It was close to the venue I needed to be at. Staff were pretty good.
