"Casa Mar is the most charming little resort perched above a very secluded beach outside of Paraty. It felt like we had our own semi private villa complete with staff who cooked breakfast to order each day. The beach below was a great place to hire a private boat tour to the nearby beaches, swimming, snorkelling and lunch and saw turtles on our way back. The use of the kayaks for guests was a bonus. "This place is amazing. When you open the gate to the pousada you will be surpriced. The outdoor area of this pousada looks like a dream. The breakfast area, the pool and the spa are surrounded by flowers and coconut palms. The room is perfect with a very good bed. A great terrasse with a hammock and you feel like you are in the middle of the rainforrest. The breakfast was great.
