Renovated and equipped for 6 people + a baby, it consists of a living room, dining room, open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a relaxation/tv lounge and separate toilets.
Ideal for family holidays or a professional stay in shared accommodation.
Possibility to park 2 cars.

The house is spread over 2 levels.
On the ground floor, the entrance is large enough to allow you to store your coats, bags or other.
The main room of 36 m2 hosts the living room, an American kitchen with laundry room and a dining area.
The living room is decorated with a bay window overlooking the terrace and the garden. You will be able to take your meals on the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, mixer and kitchen utensils.
On the same level, you will find a bedroom (with connected TV and 160x200 bed), a shower room with toilets (not separate).
On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom (160x200 bed) with a desk area and a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds.
On this level is the 2nd bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sinks and separate toilet.
You can also relax in the "television lounge" area (18m2) opening onto a balcony with sea view and which can be used as a games room.
