"If you’re looking for a room with beds and AC, this is a good deal. But, we couldn’t check in for 2 hours because they had “no clean rooms”. There was multiple families waiting to check in a small office. Once I finally refused to leave until they checked us in, they got a room ready. The parking is very tight but there is room for 1 car, other cars were getting blocked in. The room was very simple, big beds, broken shades, a hole in the wall, the bathroom floor was not the cleanest. Very run...

"Location was good if you want to be near the boardwalk. Room was clean, but smaller than what pictures made it out to be. Bath towels were terrible. Bring your own. Pool is a joke. So small but did provide relief with the heat. Beds were eh. Pillows thin. Would not stay again."

"The motel is dated and the bathroom needs to be redone, not just painting the tub/shower. Also, the toilet seat was not attached to the bowl and needs more than just a cleaning. The beds were pretty good and sheets were clean."

"Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there."

"Probably the best hotel option on LBI. Stayed in a king suite, which was very spacious and felt new and clean. Loved the mid century beach decor and proximity (about 5 houses) to the beach. Very attentive service and overall a lovely July 4th stay."

"Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

"Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!"

"My family and I love staying here! The rooms are always clean. The staff and their kids are very kind and friendly. The distance from room to the boardwalk/beach is about a 3min walk with kids..super close..the pool was clean and fun for days we didnt go to beach. High recommend…"
